Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing space
2. Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and organisational cultures
3. Source, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplines
4. Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessments
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placement
6. Consistently exceed monthly billing and placement targets
7. Leverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreach
