Job Duties:
* Engage with potential customers to promote and sell new build housing
* Conduct home viewings and provide information on available properties
* Negotiate sales contracts and close deals effectively
* Maintain customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up
* Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and deadlines
Required Qualifications:
* Experience in new build housing sales
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Demonstrated sales negotiation skills
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar sales role with a housing developer.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the property market and housing industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications:
* Certification in property sales or real estate
* Additional languages spoken
Working Conditions:
This role involves working on-site. Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate customer schedules.
