What skills and experience we're looking for
Learning without Limits is a Trust with high ambitions for its learners and we are excited to be appointing to a brand-new role of Trust HR Officer to help us on our journey and to strengthen our HR Services offer to our Academies.
To be successful in this post you will bring with you a proven track record in HR in an education context and have a high level of emotional intelligence and professional curiosity to provide our staff with exemplary HR support.
You will be based at our central office located at Lancaster Academy with a requirement to travel to the Academies within the Trust, working onsite, as required. An integral part of our central team, you will be working alongside a variety of people in a fast paced but supportive environment and will demonstrate a willingness to go over and above in support of your colleagues.

You will:
• Have at least 3 years experience working in education in a HR capacity
• Hold, or be working towards, a Level 5 HR qualification.
• Be driven to deliver exemplary HR support through exceptional customer service
• Have up to date working knowledge of current HR legislation, Employment Law and best practice in an education setting
• Have experience of managing a HR caseload including conducting and supporting with internal investigations
• Have the ability to support staff with HR matters whilst sensitively applying policy and procedures
• Be solution focused and proactive; willing to seek out new ways of working
• Have strong IT skills and confidence to use cloud-based software systems efficiently and effectively
