We are recruiting for a full-time Export Administrator role located in our Long Marston office. The Export Administrator will be responsible for export documentation, communication with suppliers and customers, order processing, and managing import/export activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities
1. Produce accurate export documentation and sales invoices
2. Provide general administration/secretarial support services to Export Manager including liaison with shipping agents, export depots etc.
3. Update and maintain spreadsheets with accurate information
4. Update and maintain accurate information for the Environmental Agency
5. Update the Navision system with accurate information
6. Assist the Export Manager and relevant site managers in maintaining accurate information
7. Assist and work with the Export team
8. Liaise with sites for the timely planning of export loads
9. Plan and action container bookings with ocean carriers and freight forwarders
10. Process freight invoices
11. Perform such other duties as the Company may from time to time reasonably require
12. Comply with all Company policies related to Code of Conduct, Environmental, Health and Safety and Community

Qualifications
