What you’ll do During the 2024/25 transition period, the Commercial Manager CEE will play a key role in overseeing the Phase-Out process of CEE at Home. We are looking for a leader who can take charge and demonstrate the following qualities: Support the implementation of the commercial plan across all markets, collaborating with Market Leads and teams. Ensure that the local market commercial plans align with and reflect Costa’s strategic objectives, driving execution across the B2B platform in collaboration with the market commercial lead. Provide markets early-life support for key accounts, monitoring progress and adjusting to ensure successful placements. Ensure markets have necessary selling materials, playbooks, and tools to succeed, while supporting where needed local teams in customer pitches. Contribute to the Costa ABP preparation, monitor business performance, and act as a liaison between the bottler/market and Costa teams, aligning growth plans. Who you are In addition to collaborating effectively with diverse teams, we would like for you to bring the following to this role: Proven experience in revenue growth management and commercial strategy, with a track record of driving business performance, implementing course corrections, and delivering sustainable growth. Strong relationship management skills, building positive relationships with senior Market stakeholders and GMs. Excellent influencing abilities, able to shape strategy and customer approaches through data insights and analysis. Proven experience in capability building, transferring knowledge to Market teams at both strategic and operational levels. Demonstrated success in presenting to market exec teams, securing buy-in for plans, and driving bold decision making. Strong understanding of P&L, with a proven track record of impacting bottom line delivery Proven success in coffee related roles Location : Hybrid, London, Loudwater
