There will be at times, a requirement to travel, visiting client sites across the UK and occasionally abroad, with nights away from home. Key Responsibilities: Development and delivery of analytics projects. Understanding project scope and be capable of raising risks and issues to the internal team where required. Delivering technical solution designs and architectures to meet client requirements. Effectively gather client requirements using interviews and workshops to ask clarifying questions when needed with the support. Recommend the optimal solution and approach for an analytics architecture that will deliver on the client requirements. Using the Kimble methodology to design and develop effective data models where appropriate. Create a compelling data driven narrative through effective use of data visualisation. Ability to understand and articulate the importance of change management, user training, adoption & support. Set high standards for self on adhering to information and security practices and processes to protect personal data and maintain the integrity of Coeo and its customer. Technical Skills: You'll need to have experience with some of the following and be able to learn new technologies or concepts quickly: Experience with Microsoft Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric. Experience in modelling, building and managing data warehouses to store and organize large volumes of data, as well as the implementation of Lakehouse architectures. Proficiency in designing and implementing ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from different sources. Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation and machine learning. Familiarity with Hadoop and Spark for large-scale data processing. Good knowledge of tools like Power BI for data visualisation and presentation. Good understanding of statistical methods and their application in data analysis and predictive modelling. Project Delivery Experience: You'll likely have experience delivering projects to external users: At least 2 years of experience in working with Microsoft data technologies Professional Services experience OR experience working in an internal team, having strong consulting and communication skills. Strong understanding of Analytics / BI and data warehousing concepts Experience with data modelling, data structures, databases, and ETL/ELT processes. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including prioritising, problem solving and relationship building. Ability to understand and articulate requirements to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience delivering in an agile project delivery environment. What Experience/Skills Do I Need?
