Description Welcome to Global Banking Operations Transformation Team where we are driving global platform modernization. As a Program Management Director - Executive Director in Credit Operations Transformation team, you will be in a key leadership position within the Global Banking Operations Transformation Team, which is responsible for driving the modernization of several platforms across multiple geographic and regulatory jurisdictions through the use of process redesign, data, and technology. Job responsibilities Leads the strategic development, ongoing refinement, and execution of multiple mission critical project/program roadmaps across the Mortgage and Lending businesses Partners with senior leaders across the Product, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance organizations to define and deliver project outcomes Facilitates cross-workstream, stakeholder, and senior management communication and governance forums Approaches planning, problem solving, and decision-making in a logical, structured manner Anticipates risks and actively solve issues through the use of proper mitigation techniques Leads change management activities through the redesign and delivery of process, policy, and technology enhancements Oversees a team of project/program resources responsible for delivering key initiative outcomes Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Relevant experience leading projects and programs, ideally in the financial services industry Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study from an accredited institution Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise level project/programs that have a significant number of stakeholders, workstreams, and overall complexity Team player that works well with others and can easily adapt to constant changing and dynamic environments Ability to positively influence change while maintain a positive environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience delivering executive level communications, presentations, and reporting for various stakeholder groups Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Relevant experience within the Mortgage and/or Lending industry A Master’s or other advanced degree in a relevant field of study Experience working within Agile project delivery environments PMP or other relevant project management certification
