Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Willow Park School, located in Milton Keynes. As a key member of our multi-professional team, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and tutor to ensure the delivery of a high-quality education for all students.
Responsibilities
* To provide a high-quality education support service to students in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* To support the class teacher and/or tutor to ensure the delivery of a high-quality education for all students.
* To promote the physical, educational, and moral development of students, including Behaviour Support Profile (BSP), Individual Risk Assessment, Individual Education Plan, Communication Profile, and Pastoral Support Plan as required and appropriate.
* To work collaboratively with the class teacher and/or tutor to plan and implement strategies to ensure the safety of students on and off site.
