As we pick uppace in the delivery of the IT Transformation Roadmap there aresignificant number of operational changes with impact on multipleIT platforms required by Rail & Infrastructure thatunderpin their business goals.
These changesrequire prioritisation and detailed coordination across multipleteams for successful timely completion.
The ITBusiness Partner for Rail & Infrastructure will workclosely with their SLT team to define scope and actively managetimelines for delivery of IT changes. They will also work closelywith the wider team to identify opportunities for process data andtechnology synergies between work streams. For example rolling outa feature developed for Rail & Infrastructure into otherunits such as Landscape Design andEnergy
PrincipleAccountabilityAreas:
* Plan organiseand prioritise product improvement requests for the assignedBusiness Units.
* Working closely with internaland external stakeholders including but not limited to directorssales teams customers and partners to ensure alignment and deliveryof value/benefits.
* Collaborating withcrossfunctional teams including developers data engineers dataanalysts designers and thirdparty suppliers to assess technicaldependencies and efficiencies.
* Contribute tothe efficient and productive working practices of theTransformationfunction.
