An excellent opportunity has become available for a Sales Administrator to join this marketing leading organisation that is experiencing year on year growth. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week and it is fully office-based with on-site parking provided. Our client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
Sales Administrator - About The Role
This role is ideal for someone who is looking to use and develop their skills in an administration-based role. You will be working as part of a team, so being a team player is key as well as the ability to work individually. The successful person will be a key member of this busy team and be dealing directly with customers and large volumes of data, so attention to detail, accuracy, and speed are important.
Duties will include:
1. Administration
2. Updating reports and producing financial reports
3. Dealing with customer queries over the phone and by email and escalating where necessary
4. Setting up customer accounts and processing customer orders
5. Reconciling data
6. Ad hoc duties as required to support the team
The successful Sales Administrator will have/be:
1. Organised with good attention to detail
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
4. Previous experience in a similar role
5. Most importantly, you will be happy working in a pressurised environment
