Following a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a Building Maintenance Engineer to work in central London.
The Building Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks within a commercial office environment.
Work will include:
1. Water temperature checks
2. Water quality checks
3. Flick tests
4. Fire alarm checks
5. Ballast changing
6. Plant room planned works
7. Plus many more
The role includes a large element of managing sub-contractors, issuing RAMS, and a high level of communication with the end client.
You will need to have a good all-round building maintenance knowledge, honed from at least 5 years of experience within building maintenance.
This role requires 1 to 2 Saturdays per month, carrying out FCU cleaning and managing sub-contractors on specialist works.
Ideally, you should be electrically qualified with HVAC experience.
