Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire and surrounding areas
Pay: £100 – £145 per day (dependent on experience)
Primary Cover Supervisors – Day-to-Day Supply
Are you looking for flexible work within primary schools across Stoke-on-Trent and the surrounding areas?
Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support local primary schools on a day-to-day basis. This role is ideal for those with experience working in schools who are confident managing a classroom and delivering pre-set work in the teacher's absence.
What does the role involve?
Supervising classes across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 using pre-planned lessons
Supporting pupils with their learning and encouraging classroom engagement
Managing behaviour and ensuring a safe, positive learning environment
Reporting any incidents or issues to school staff
Working with a variety of schools, year groups, and pupils
Who we’re looking for:
Experience working within a primary school environment is essential
Confident managing a classroom and maintaining good behaviour
Adaptable, reliable and passionate about education
You do not need to hold QTS, but experience in education is required
