We are seeking a highly skilled Support Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals. This role will provide outstanding support to our students, fostering their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:
* To provide one-to-one support to students with special needs, assisting them with their daily routines and activities.
* To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop individualized education plans for each student.
* To maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
* A strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Valid first aid training and certification.
Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week. The salary range reflects the level of experience and qualifications required for this role.
