Role Overview: As an ENT Consultant, you will provide expert care for routine ENT conditions, including the management of paediatric cases, working autonomously within a community setting. The role also involves optimising patient pathways and service efficiency, promoting best practices, and driving financial performance. You’ll be responsible for identifying innovative ways to reduce costs while maintaining high-quality care and motivating the team for maximum efficiency.
