We’re looking for someone to bring our media effectiveness framework to life, someone who can pull together many data sources into one place to create a clear narrative of what’s working and what’s not with our paid media. It’s a great opportunity to join a lean team who operate closely with our commercial and marketing areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Pull together key insight sources to build a narrative regarding media effectiveness
* Understand our effectiveness across the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion
* Lead our econometrics agency and work with key teams internally to produce clear output and recommendations
* Collaborate with our media agency to iterate our measurement framework and apply it to specific campaigns
* Engage key stakeholders internally to help you grow influence and buy-in to any recommendations you have to improve broader effectiveness
* Be the expert when it comes to media measurement and how best to apply it to both strategic and tactical activity, whether that’s a big brand campaign or a smaller tactical one
* Optimise media plans with key stakeholders internally and our media agency based on media effectiveness outputs and recommendations
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to contribute to a comprehensive story. Interrogate non-media factors and their influence in overall media effectiveness

The Must Haves
* Very experienced working with MMM (marketing mix modelling) or econometrics models
* Knowledge of measurement across a wide range of offline and online media channels, such as MMM, attribution, incrementality testing with a broad understanding of different measurement approaches
* An understanding of media planning and buying, and experience using optimisation techniques to inform media planning
* Having worked with econometrics not just from a paid media perspective, but also across business with an understanding of the different inputs
* Experience having worked with or in media agencies

* Strong familiarity with both brand and performance KPIs
* Excellent excel & modelling based skills
