Become A Service Advisor at the UK's Leading Family-Owned Car Retailer As a Service Advisor, you will be the welcoming and professional initial contact for customers visiting the dealership. Your responsibilities will involve: Greeting and assisting customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. Scheduling vehicle appointments in the workshop diary and coordinating with the team to track the progress of vehicles. Ensuring that vehicles are ready for customers at their scheduled pick-up time. Making reminder calls to customers for post-visit follow-ups and regular maintenance.
