Our established, thriving client has an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their small, friendly team based in Tetbury on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities:
1. Register purchase invoices
2. Post authorised purchase invoices
3. Prepare suggested payments reports and collate invoices due for payment
4. Check supplier statements and investigate any differences
5. Deal with credit card statements for authorisation
6. Resolve account queries
7. Raise weekly invoices
