They are now looking for Digital Marketing Executive to join the team.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, your key objective will be to help plan, coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, predominetly across email and social channels, working closely with the Head of Ecommerce. You will also be involved with the implementation of new initiatives around email automation and segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, plan, coordinate and execute BAU email marketing campaigns, aligning with trading plans across other marketing channels and the website
2. Proofread email creatives for clarity, grammar and spelling
3. Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
4. Help devise and implement a segmentation strategy which aims to selectively target different customers with the most relevant campaigns and promotions
5. Introduce dynamic content, personalisation and other advanced features to optimise email campaigns
6. Report on sales and other digital marketing metrics
7. Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
8. Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
9. Work with in-house Ecommerce specialists to introduce automated email programs, based on previous interactions with the business
