Kitchen Porter at Shepherd Neame
Shepherd Neame is looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our team. If you enjoy hospitality but prefer working behind the scenes, supporting your colleagues, and contributing to the team's overall success, then this may be just the job for you.
The Manor Farm Barn is a busy pub and restaurant in Southfleet near Dartford. Originally an 18th-century barn, it was restored in 2001, becoming Britain’s first 21st-century thatched pub and winning a CAMRA Pub Design Award. Inside, original oak timbers have been restored, and the space features two spacious floors, a high ceiling, and natural light, making it a truly special place to relax, eat, and drink.
Great kitchen Porters are a key ingredient to a successful kitchen. This role involves working as part of our friendly and supportive team to ensure a great and efficient dining experience for our customers.
If you have no previous experience, don’t worry. As long as you are confident, committed, and a great team player, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.
