We are looking for a Graduate Digital Solutions Engineer to join our Building team in London or Cambridge. Our Building team’s award-winning public-sector projects have included Bath Spa University, the Royal London Hospital and Bristol schools. In the private sector, our focus is on commercial and mixed-use buildings. Our expertise in London has created a portfolio that includes some of the capital’s most iconic buildings, such as The Gherkin and Heron Tower.
What you'll do:
* Become a core part of the Digital Transformation team to drive business change in the use of new and emerging digital technologies across the business.
* Manage and deliver digital business solutions and technologies at project level.
* Plan, develop and implement digital technology business change programmes including setting objectives, priorities and responsibilities.
* Become competent at negotiating and closing techniques in a range of interactions and engagements, both with senior internal and external stakeholders.
* Demonstrate self-direction and originality in solving problems, and act autonomously in planning and implementing digital and technology solutions.
* Create and implement innovative technological strategies to support the development of new products, processes and services that align with the company’s digital transformation strategy and develop and communicate compelling business proposals to support these.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Studying towards (in your final year) or having completed a degree in a digital or technology related subject that is accredited by a recognised industry body.
* A keen interest in the use of current and emerging digital solutions technologies to drive business change and improvement.
* Values driven and passionate about sustainability.
* A keen interest in emerging technologies within the construction industry.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Commercially minded.
* Enthusiastic about learning and developing new ways of thinking.
