Job Title: Aftersales Manager (REMOTE)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Company Car + Commission / Bonuses
Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday
Location: Home based role - ideally candidates will be based around central UK (Nottingham / Midlands). Role requires travelling around the United Kingdom.

About your new Aftersales Manager role:
1. Provide technical and warranty training on products to individuals and groups.
2. Record and manage technical issues for analysis.
3. Promote and train dealers on technology products.
4. Assist with machinery installations as needed.
5. Build long-term customer relationships and enhance the company's brand.
6. Represent the company professionally at exhibitions and shows.
7. Handle warranty and policy claims.
8. Work within budgets and commercial policies.
9. Conduct product demonstrations.
10. Manage product campaigns when required.
11. Stay updated on company products and industry trends.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. Sound technical knowledge in agricultural after-sales/service environment.
2. Ideally 1-3 years field experience with regular customer contact.
3. Good agricultural machinery product knowledge.
Package details:
37.5 hours per week
£35-40K Plus enhanced benefits package
