Mortgage Administrator | Pinner | 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, including a 1-hour lunch break | £25,000 per year
Our client is a reputable mortgage brokerage in Pinner, offering professional mortgage services. They are looking to add an experienced Mortgage Administrator to their growing team.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Must be able to reliably commute to Pinner or plan to relocate before starting work
* Experience in mortgage administration or a similar role
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to manage client queries and administrative tasks effectively
* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
What will your role look like?
* Provide administrative support to mortgage brokers
* Handle client queries via phone and email
* Manage mortgage application documents and client files
* Perform general office duties including data entry and filing
* Assist in the smooth operation of the brokerage
