Cordwallis Heathrow are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Parts Advisor to join our growing team at our franchised dealership in Heathrow. As a vital part of our operation, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the correct parts they need, while providing a friendly and professional experience to ensure the company is maximising sales and profit revenue streams to achieve targets.
Our Franchises are: VW Commercials, Isuzu Trucks & MAN Truck & Bus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.5 hours per day 9.00am to 6.00pm with 30 minutes unpaid lunch, plus the Saturday rota (1 in 3 Saturdays), hours 7.00am to Noon. (Average of 44 hour per week with Saturday hour spread over the year).
Responsibilities:
Answering customer inquiries about parts and accessories for VW, Isuzu & MAN and all makes of trucks and trailers by phone and emails.
