Sustainability Consultant

This is a great opportunity to join a multidisciplined building services consultancy who provide a holistic approach to the built environment. They are looking for an experienced Sustainability Consultant to hit the ground running for their energy team based in Brighton.
Role responsibilities for a Sustainability Consultant will include:
1. Undertake Part L analysis and produce EPCs for non-domestic properties
2. Produce design reports such as sustainability and LZC feasibility studies
3. Use IES software to produce thermal models and carry out Part O and daylight assessments
4. The role will incorporate aspects of BREEAM, such as evidence analysis of reports from projects
The ideal Sustainability Consultant will have:
1. A minimum of 2 years' experience as a sustainability consultant within the construction industry
2. Experience with IES-VE software in a relevant role to carry out energy modelling
3. Experience producing Overheating and Daylight assessments
4. Ideally have a NDEA qualification and experience delivering commercial EPCs
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
