Job Description
An Interim Head of HR to:
1. Be responsible for the overall HR function.
2. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes.
3. Lead the ongoing implementation of a HRIS.
4. Manage a HR team: coaching and upskilling.
5. Support an organisation through a large transformation period.
6. Modernise and transform the HR function.
7. Lead and coordinate the ongoing implementation of engagement activities.
8. Look at maintenance and system improvements.
9. Act as a trusted partner to the SLT and wider organisation.
10. Build organisational capabilities, behaviours and structures.
11. Lead change management.
12. Focus on technical processes and detail.
The Successful Applicant
An Interim Head of HR with:
1. Previous experience in the health and social care sector, public or NHS desirable.
2. Experience operating at a strategic and operational level with transformation experience.
3. Available to start within the next month.
4. Strong technical hands-on experience.
What's on Offer
Interim Head of HR.
Initial 6 month role.
£350-450 per day - open to discussion.
1 day a week in London - flexible.
