Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
* Speaking to Companies and Building Relationships on a Daily Basis
* Contacting Existing Sales Leads to Convert to Instruction
* Following up, qualifying and converting leads from Email Marketing Campaigns.
* Updating and managing the CRM with customer information/details
* Assisting the Business Development Team by calling Leads and booking qualified appointments on their behalf
* Answering the Sales Line and qualifying Inbound Sales Calls
* Meeting and exceeding individual set KPI’s
* Any other duties that may be allocated from time to time by the Business Development Team Manager in line with the needs of the business

* Positive attitude and able to collaborate with others and work effectively in a team.
* Proven IT Skills including High-Level Microsoft Word and Excel Competencies
* Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot would be useful.
* Works with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
Previous Experience:
* Previous B2B Telesales in a KPI Driven Professional Environment
* Previous Business Rates Experience would be Beneficial
* Minimum of Maths and English GCSE’s 9 – 4 (A* to C)
