We are seeking an ambitious Chef to help create exceptional food experiences for Eurest on a full-time basis, working 37.5 hours per week.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing delicious, high-quality food
* Overseeing and implementing menu changes
* Identifying opportunities to improve our food services
* Listening and acting on customer feedback
* Supporting with new menu creations and food concepts
* Representing Eurest and maintaining a positive brand image
* Maintaining inventory levels and kitchen cleanliness
* Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
* Possession of City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent
* Experience supervising a team
* Experience in a similar Chef role
* Holding a Food Hygiene certificate
* Flexible approach to working
