We at Everton Football Club are seeking experienced Hospitality Supervisors.
As an experienced leader within a team, we are looking for our supervisors to smoothly operate within a hospitality lounge at Everton FC. Our ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience within hospitality who can lead by example and work closely and bond with new teams on an event by event basis. They'll use their high level of attention to detail to ensure that guest focus is at the forefront of everything they do, and actions reflect our company values. Individuals will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and utilise quieter periods effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. To attend pre-match managers briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
2. To monitor staff working practices to ensure they are working efficiently and productively, adhering to company working practices, with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff.
3. Working in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
4. Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
5. Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
6. Support overseeing the food and beverage operation within a restaurant, ensuring that the quality of product and service remain consistent in line with standard operating procedures.
7. Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
8. Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed and given their allocated break time.
Qualifications:
1. Engaging and enthusiastic personality.
2. Experience in dealing with guest complaints promptly and efficiently.
3. Ability to learn quickly to pick up and implement new product offerings.
4. Extensive working knowledge of food and beverage products and menu terminologies.
5. A leader who can keep their team motivated over busy periods.
6. Can communicate clearly and concisely with both team and management around the business.
