HR Administrator We are working with successful employer in Omagh to recruit for a HR Administrator to join the HR Team. You will be a vital member of the team, as the HR Administrator will handle diverse administrative duties and will also support the day-to-day operations. The HR Administrator will be responsible for: Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries and escalating as needed Supporting recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes Administering HR systems including Talent Acquisition Software, Oracle HCM, and payroll Coordinating interviews, job fairs, and employee onboarding activities Maintaining accurate HR records and recruitment trackers Supporting performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives Assisting with disciplinary/grievance procedures and compliance with HR policies Organising Occupational Health referrals and following up on outcomes Promoting employee benefits and supporting internal communication strategies Engaging with schools and the community through outreach programs What youll need to succeed in the HR Administrator role: Previous experience in a similar role Experience of Microsoft Office packages and the use of CRM Systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work under pressure to meet multiple deadlines.
