Job summary We are looking for a highly motivated and multi-skilled Business Support Administrator to join the East Devon Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community team based in Honiton. Main duties of the job The Business Support Administrator undertakes the administration of all tasks in supporting a team of clinical staff assessing and caring for patients within the community, these tasks will include answering telephones office and reception cover, typing of all correspondence, assessment letters, appointment and clinic letters, minuting of team meetings using Microsoft word, excel spreadsheets and updating our patient record system, Carenotes, triaging work via Choose and Book. Work is usually filtered via a shared email where all admin staff pick up tasks.
