JOB SUMMARY:
We are currently on a look out for a dynamic Customer Services Executive to join our team. You will work closely with our Head of Operations, leading critical day-to-day customer service, and playing a pivotal role in scaling the business to 8 figures of revenue. If you’re great at interacting with people, ruthlessly organised, and thrive in fast-paced environments – this is the role for you.
THE ROLE:
* Put the customer at the heart of everything we do, respond efficiently to email and phone enquiries from other customers
* Develop knowledge on the MyoMaster range to advise customers
* Convert customers via online chat, instagram and email
* Develop a loyalty programme to reward and nurture VIP customers
* Communicate with our manufacturers + Head of Product to flag areas for improvement
* Develop a review programme to get customer feedback
ABOUT YOU:
* You have worked in a customer service role another business
* You have a growth mindset: We are working in a very fast paced start up environment, we are looking for someone who seeks constant learning
* You have exceptional organizational skills
* You have strong communication skills
