We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to oversee our Pet retail channels throughout the UK. In this pivotal role, you will focus on expanding distribution for our newly launched Daily Care range for pets, while also enhancing the reach of our Human Health product lineup, including Bio-Kult.
Your expertise will be instrumental in forging and nurturing strong partnerships with key retailers, such as major grocery chains and leading pet retailers like Pets at Home, Pets Corner, and Jollyes.
By driving sales growth and ensuring our products are prominently showcased, you will play a vital role in our ongoing success in these competitive markets.
Responsibilities
1. Win new business within the Pet channel.
2. Manage a selection of Grocery accounts (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Waitrose, Morrison’s, Asda) and Pet Retail accounts - (Pets at Home etc).
3. Implement JBP’s to align with wider business strategy.
4. Create and develop joint business plans that will deliver against the company's objectives.
5. Provide forecasts and full P&L.
6. Evaluate ROI from media activities within accounts and help implement effective marketing and promotional plans.
7. Win new listings and work with range reviews to increase distribution and provide a comprehensive analysis to improve sales.
