As the National Key Account Manager, you will manage and develop key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction while identifying opportunities for growth. You will build strong, lasting partnerships by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions that deliver value. You will take ownership of strategic client relationships, drive revenue growth, and make a real impact on the success of a growing and innovative business. Key responsibilities include: Managing client relationships through regular meetings (on-site, virtual, and phone). Planning client interactions across a geographical territory. Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve margins through upselling and cross-selling. Serving as the point of escalation for client-related issues. Collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client requirements. Monitoring account performance and preparing regular updates for senior management. Handling sales administration and forecasting. What Were Looking For: Significant experience in a similar national B2B key account role. A proven ability to retain and grow major accounts while driving revenue and margin improvements. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present complex solutions in a persuasive, clear manner.
