Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Job Duties:
* Provide support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering tailored lessons
* Help students with educational, personal, and social development
* Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback
* Collaborate with other staff members to create inclusive learning environments
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths
* Experience working with individuals with special educational needs
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education:
Relevant qualifications in Education or Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of different learning needs and strategies to support them
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Patience and empathy towards students facing challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
* Teaching Assistant qualification
* Training in behaviour management techniques
Working Conditions:
This role involves working within a school setting, supporting students with various learning needs. It may require flexibility in working hours to accommodate school schedules and activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
