Residential Children's Team Leader | Redditch | Salary £25000-£30000
We are currently recruiting two team leaders for a well known and brilliant company that focuses on Children's Care within Redditch.

Team Leader Role
Under the supervision of the Registered Manager or other competent person participates in, and supervises, the safe and efficient delivery of care to Residents, as one of the homes Key Workers, and provides flexible support services within the Home as required. Deputises for the Deputy Manager in his/hers absence to continue support to the Registered Manger.
Skills/Experience Required:
* At least 1 years experience of working with Children/Young people in a similar setting, and with
other Care Professionals and partner agencies.
* At least 21 years of age, and at least 4 years older than the oldest child accommodated in the home.
Interested in the care and welfare of others. Able to handle difficult situations with empathy and
consideration. Retains confidential information. Able to develop close but professional relationships. A good
listener.
* Already Have a Level 3 or the Commitment to undertaking QCF Level 3 Diploma in Children &
Young Peoples Workforce
