JOB SUMMARY
Be accountable for the running and organisation of the Clocktower Bar, training team members of drinks list items including cocktails and individual product knowledge. To ensure all standards are adhered by the individual and the team as a whole. Ensuring the bars are clean to EHO standards. Dispense areas are correctly stocked and to ensure beverage requirements are met.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead on the training and development of the bar team members.
* Ensure the department is opened and closed following set procedures.
* Complete relevant shift reports and use of systems such as the daily detail or GEM.
* Support communication within the Management Team through handover process.
* Planning for upcoming events - such as summer terrace events.
* To be responsible for stockroom control and orders - liaising with the Resort Beverage Control Manager.
* To develop cocktail menus across the beverage department.

* Delivery of the sequence of service in respective area.
* Delivery of all SOP in respective area.
* Mentor and buddy all new staff and championing the program.
GENERAL
* Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, customers and the business, reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures.
* Ensure continuous professional development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the business.
* Promote continuous improvement in the level of quality and customer care provided by the business and make proposals/suggestions where applicable.
* Respect colleagues and the working environment at all times.
* Ensure high standard of dress and self-presentation within the working environment.
* Undertake any other duties commensurate within the position for which you are qualified.
