We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Litigation- Contentious Probate team as a Paralegal. What we need from you ✔ Excellent written and communication skills ✔ Ability to organise their work with shifting priorities and deadlines. ✔ Be able to be flexible and adaptable. What you'll be doing but not limited to Acting as point of contact for clients (new and existing) and internal and external contacts. Diary management and inbox management including making appointments and bookings, diarising hearings and deadlines. Compilation and checking of trial bundles, instructions to counsel, court documentation etc, requiring the of Bundledocs and Form-Evo software. Providing prompts and reminders for fee earners' deadlines. Assisting with preparation of standard form correspondence. Liaising with the PA support team. Assist with other fee earning tasks (where required). Matter management, to include organisation of documents files on iManage. Diarising and chasing bill payment from clients.
