Portuguese-speaking Sales Administrator
Location: Kew Gardens, Richmond (Office-based, Mon–Fri)
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We’re working with a well-established software distributor with offices in the UK (head office), Portugal, Spain, Brazil, USA, Dubai, France, and Poland. They also offer training and consultancy services across global markets and are now expanding their team in Richmond.
As part of this growth, they’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join the Portugal and Brazil Sales Team. The previous person in the role has just been promoted into a sales position — a great example of the development opportunities on offer here!
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing day-to-day admin support to the Sales Team for Portugal and Brazil
2. Processing orders and handling customer enquiries
3. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate client records in Salesforce
4. Preparing quotes, assisting with reporting, and managing documentation
5. Communicating confidently with Portuguese-speaking clients and internal teams
6. Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Key Skills Required:
7. Fluent in Portuguese and English (knowledge of both European and Brazilian Portuguese is a plus)
8. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
9. Ability to meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure
10. Self-motivated and capable of working independently
11. Confident using MS Office and general tech tools
12. Experience with Salesforce is highly desirable
