We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to lead and inspire two thriving teams, across two fantastic sites. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can drive business growth, foster innovation and create a positive and collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
* Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
* Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.


Ideal Candidate:

1. Proven experience in a management role (preferably Dental)
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
