Role Overview:
As a Strategic Consultant, you will own a portfolio of customers helping them to get the most value out of the OneHub Benefits product. You will be responsible for using data, trends, and thought leadership to provide guidance, advice, and consultancy support to customers on every aspect of employee benefits strategy. This will cover both new customers being implemented for the first time and existing customers renewing.
Responsibilities:
* To own a portfolio of Significant and Key customers.
* Meet the key target areas of Growth, Retention, NPS, and Customer Engagement.
* Work alongside the Customer Success Director to provide guidance, advice, and consultancy support to customers on benefits strategy through the Strategy and Success phases of the renewal process and for any large change activity.
* Provide specific advice and guidance to customers on how they can meet their stated benefit objectives using OneHub products and third-party provider offerings.
* Provide insight and thought leadership on the latest developments in the market.
* Be commercially aware and able to produce any costs required by customers and manage commercial conversations for the relevant areas covered by strategic consultancy.
* Responsible for the completion of the high-level scoping/change document.
* Provide ongoing consultancy advice and strategic guidance to customers throughout the scheme year and be the first point of contact for all change requests, including the pricing of all change for their customers.
What are we looking for?
* Knowledge of Employee Benefits: Broad knowledge of the benefits market in general and can discuss trends and strategies with customer contacts at all levels including customer stakeholders.
* Customer advisory/facing experience: Proven ability to advise and consult with mid-large clients on finding the best solution for their needs.
* Core competencies: Communication Skills, Commercial Acumen, Customer Service, Organisation Skills, Problem Solving, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking, and Technical Proficiency (Employee Benefits).
* Nice to have: Experience working with B2B SaaS or internal HR Benefit policies.
