This role is available on a part-time or full-time basis, with a Fixed Term Contract option. All working days require on-site presence at our Shirebrook HQ. As a Commercial Lawyer, you will review, negotiate, draft, and advise on supplier and business partnership contracts for all areas of the Group's businesses, including commercial, supply chain, concessions, events, marketing, e-commerce, franchising, and licensing. Additionally, you will deal with commercial disputes and litigation, provide guidance on marketing and promotional activity, support the e-commerce team, and advise on general IP work.
Key qualifications include strong experience in commercial contract negotiation, a qualified and in-house capacity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills, a collaborative approach, and an ambitious mindset are also required.
