About the role We are looking for experienced Multi skilled operative to join team in Dover. Working with Dover District Council on void properties. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing void properties for new occupants by completing a variety of tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and decorating. You will ensure that each property meets our high standards of quality and readiness. Additionally, you may be required to undertake full bathroom refits, demonstrating your ability to transform spaces efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multiple trades, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent workmanship. Key Criteria: NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing Previous experience working within Plastering, Plumbing and Carpentry.
