* Subject matter expert supporting incident, problem and change across several applications within the platform.
* Support the planning of the strategy for the service team.
* Build capability and the skillset to ensure the service team is ready for incoming and future new services.
* Train and upskill others across the team on the new solutions and stay close to other potential migrations.
* Creation and retention of Documentation to run service.
* Work with service leads to identify trends and support in adding service blockers onto the Lab backlogs.
* Look for ways to continuously improve our ways of working.
Demonstrates a strong comprehension and work history of ITIL disciplines
* Passionate about providing the best customer experience.
* To communicate effectively and can build working relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders, ranging from software engineers to senior business leaders.
* Comfortable with challenging stakeholders and can explain technical and complex scenarios using inclusive and accessible language.
* Is used to operating in a highly pressurised environment and can remain calm in situations whilst maintaining focus.
* Has an appetite to continuously improve.
* Is innovative and takes an interest in industry best practices
* Analytical, can analyse incident data and explore patterns to help mitigate risks.
What will be Desirable
* Knowledge of modern software development toolsets including Cloud platforms Containers, Kubernetes, API's.
* Experience in working with Dynatrace and Splunk.
* Proven experience in hands-on Service engineering using a broad range of technologies including those listed below.
* Microservices
* Java
* Unix/Storm/Spark
