Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team. This role is key to ensuring smooth office operations, covering customer service, order processing, transport coordination, and general administration.

Office Administrator – Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and respond to queries via email and phone
* Coordinate dispatch, deliveries, and supplier communications
* Maintain stock, production, and compliance records
* Handle office administration, including ordering supplies and filing documents
Office Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
* Must be a driver due to the remote location
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently
* High attention to detail in data entry and order processing
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
* Experience in logistics, stock management, or CRM systems is beneficial but not essential (training provided)
