The HSCP is a full partnership between NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and East Dunbartonshire Council. As a member of both the Council's and Health Board’s senior leadership teams, the post holder will be accountable to the Integration Joint Board and will report to both Chief Executives. Our vision for integration is to deliver better outcomes for the people of East Dunbartonshire through services that are planned and delivered seamlessly from the perspective of the patient, service user and carer. Through the governance of the Integration Joint Board and working with partners locally, you will ensure the effective delivery of East Dunbartonshire’s HSCP Strategic Plan and its key objectives. About the Role This is a role which demands exceptional leadership skills and abilities that will have been gained in an organisation with a strong focus on delivering high standards to patients, service users or customers. You will be an accomplished and credible leader, naturally engaging who is able to inspire and motivate staff to work in new and collaborative ways to achieve the best from integration. With a demonstrable track record of success in the management of health and/or social care, you will have the ability to develop a strong, people-focused culture which encourages initiative, individual and team responsibility and open communication and be comfortable working in a complex and challenging environment. To ensure the HSCP continues to deliver Health & Social Care integration you will evidence a successful track record of driving large scale organisational and cultural change programmes along with significant financial management and risk management experience preferably within a public service body.
