Permanent Full Time (37.5 hours) Here at Lovell, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as Business Systems Coordinator someone to drive standards across the three disciplines (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001) of our quality management systems. Undertaking regular site and office audits to assess compliance and provide documented reports on findings, you will prepare and facilitate external accreditation and surveillance audits, review findings, trends and corrective actions required and monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports. Reporting to the Regional HS&E Manager, you will support the wider regional compliance (HS&E) team by assisting with communications and providing administration support and provide on hand assistance in understanding requirements of regional Business Management systems for all staff. As our Business Systems Coordinator, you will have strong knowledge of SHEQ Policy and/or Legislation, current SHEQ systems and the ability to promote SHEQ culture. A strong communicator, you will be confident in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint and able to produce reports.
