Based part time in our Bristol office, this is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, progressive and innovative Team for Exclusive GP Ltd, a subsidiary of QuintEvents. Working to ensure the timely delivery of Management Accounts to the parent Company.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
1. Support for the timely preparation of monthly reporting in preparation for delivery of Financial Global reporting.
2. Reconciliation of the Balance Sheet.
3. Managing and reconciling of Company expenses.
4. Managing and processing of all invoices, POs and spreadsheets pertaining to our London office.
5. Support for Financial Manager with monthly bookkeeping tasks.
6. Reporting into the Business Operations Manager, whilst liaising with the wider Group finance team to support reporting deliverables and intercompany reconciliation.
7. Flexibility in working hours to ensure timely delivery of month end processes.
Qualifications
1. 3 years + experience of Accounting and bookkeeping practices essential.
Skills
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with intermediate level skills in Excel. Knowledge of Xero and Sage Intacct would be desirable.
2. Ability to demonstrate flexibility and embrace change within a dynamic environment in a growing company.
3. Requires strong attention to details and good communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Ability to work effectively within a small team, be highly organized and work well under pressure.
5. Experience with Salesforce or any other CRM software preferable.
3 days (21 hours) per week in the Long Ashton office. Flexibility in working pattern around first 7 calendar days of the month.
