Account Executive - Commercial/HNW Insurance
An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to join a world-leading broker, managing an interesting book of HNW and Agricultural focused accounts while also developing new relationships and clients.
You’ll join a commercial insurance broking business with a compelling story; the firm is innovative and amongst the fastest-growing in the UK – all built on a foundation of quality advice and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
* Manage key clients and develop the ever-growing footprint due to business growth.
* Focus on clients and prospects, supported by allocated account handlers for admin and servicing, dedicated claims resource in each office, plus regional and national broking/placement colleagues.
* Target growth of your book by 10%, with bonuses on an increasing trajectory from there.
* Work with a business development team that provides prospect opportunities, leads, and appointments.
* Receive full broking, handling, and administrative support, as well as award-winning claims and risk management solutions.
* Be part of a successful and growing business, providing career advancement within the regional and national structure.

* Showing double-digit growth for consecutive years.

Rewards
* A base salary of £40,000-£50,000, potentially negotiable for exceptional applicants.

Minimum Requirements
* An Account Executive looking to keep learning, developing, and furthering their career.
* Solid client-facing experience and a track record of winning and managing commercial insurance clients.

* While ACII or progress towards it is beneficial, experience counts for at least as much.
