* Maintaining accurate clinical observationsof patients; escalating concerns as appropriate
* To be aware of the safe policy andprocedures for using subcutaneous and intravenous devices and usage of enteralfeeding tubes
* To communicate effectively with patients,relatives and the healthcare team, while being mindful of possible barriers tounderstanding
* To have responsibility for the correctadministration and custody of medicines according to the Trust Policy
