What you'll be responsible for:
* Maintaining accurate clinical observations of patients; escalating concerns as appropriate
* To be aware of the safe policy and procedures for using subcutaneous and intravenous devices and usage of enteral feeding tubes
* To communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the healthcare team, while being mindful of possible barriers to understanding
* To have responsibility for the correct administration and custody of medicines according to the Trust Policy

Qualifications
* Minimum of 6-months experience working as a Registered Nurse in an NHS hospital setting in the past 2-years
