The Global HR Technology function is part of the HR organisation, responsible for delivering solutions that improve or enhance the way Human Resources is delivered at Smith+Nephew, and handles HR technology programs, vendors, and operations.
This role is fixed term for 12 months, and will take a particular focus on our project roadmap supporting the Talent Acquisition function over that period. The roadmap has healthy levels of innovation and optimisation over the next 12 - 18 months. Having recently implemented Hiredscore, there's an opportunity to gain experience with the platform as it further integrates with the Workday eco-system in the coming months, advising partners in TA and working to maximise the potential.
Essential Job Functions
* Act as Workday Recruitment and Talent SME with full autonomy for the global alignment, solution design, delivery and maintenance.
* Act as a champion for customers and listen to and connect with customers and team members effectively.
Experience
* A background of Workday HCM design, configuration and reporting, with key experience with Workday Recruiting.
* Recognised as a technical expert, driving the strategy and roadmap.
* Demonstrable experience of managing and prioritising intricate business requirements within a project.
